It ws all black in front. All I could hear were familiar voices,
“Bring it… FAST!” An elder voice screamed.
‘Roger!’ Shouted back.
“Honey…. Honey…Ash..honey litsen.” No response.
“Ashley…litsen to me carefully!” Someone shaked me.
Slowly slowly the haziness turned into a clear picture.
The first thing I could se..see.. there was a whole freeki’n staircase which went downstairs in our dining room.
What the hell was even going on! I technically lived most my life in this house and never saw something like this! The very next thing which came in my mind was my ma…
She was standing in front of me, all healthy and upright! I mean I’m happy she’s okay,
no offence, but just a while ago she..she was bleeding as hell.
All this thought went through my mind in seconds.
I didn’t take long to come back to my sences, it seemed like I had blackout all of a sudden.
‘M..a..’ I tried to talk back in a very timorous manner.
“Litsen honey, there’s no time to explain anything now… just know that there are some bad guys who are after mum, and ma needs you to be safe at any cost!” She said in a hurry full manner.”
“Cops! We should call them ASAP” I uttered in a tense way.
“Di here it is!” aunt shouted.
They ignored me.
It was getting way more confusing now. Someone’s following ma, then why isn’t she calling cops!
I screamed ‘stopppp…..’ and burst out of tears.
“What’s going on?” I screamed again.
“Oh…Ash please stay calm I will explain you everything once all of this is over…and..an.. we cant call the cops they are no help for us….just stay clam honey.” Ma replied in a very gentle maner.
“What took you so long Linds!”
“What do you mean long… the deck has not been opened for hundreds of years an… you know what never mind” aunt replied in an irky manner.
But what was that in her hand. It was a fat black book! All dusty and it seemed like an very old book, it’s pages…were all yellow and smelly for some reason.
“Fast we gota start the ritual” Ma said.
Both of them closed there eyes and started throwing random meaningless words.
“KARDUM FIROSKAR…. SENTI…KARDUM FIROSKAR SENTI…KARDUM..FIROSKAR..SENTI…KR..” they kept chanting. And everytime they repeat they’re voice began to grew louder and louder.
But, suddenly……the book it glowed. Wait what! A book was glowing whattttt!
It opened by itself and then m..my aunt and ma were on mid air….?
What the hecks going on in my life….. I thought to myself.
‘Boom’ the door blasted.
‘Mom’ I screamed.
She opened her eyes and shooted some kind of substance! And th…at tall man in the black suit wearing a funny kind of mask got melted!
Whatttt!
“Linda we gotta end it fast” Ma told to aunt.
“KARDUM…FIROSK…SE..”
‘Boom’ I turned back and there were total five of them now!
“WHAT IS GOING ONNNNN!” I just shouted out of nowhere.
Wait a minute I was thinking that!
It was some kinda vision or something!
“Mom there will be five funny uncle that will be coming and with them a pigtail ugly aunty will come” I burst out saying. Honestly what did I even had in mind when I was saying this.
Ma and aunt came down to ground and stopped glowing. Both of them looked at me with surprising eyes.
But not for long they ignored me again!
“The selling is almost completed di. Now no more demos can enter inside our house! So what are we gonna do now”
“Well lets do the usual. Kick some demos ass” ma replied.
“Oh! Its gonna fell amazing to kill some fucking demos after all these long years” aunt said in an energetic tone.
“Ash honey stay behind us we are goona explain you everything”
By now I had already got use to her saying this.
‘Boom’ there was a loud sound and as I imagined there was the pigtail aunty and those funny uncles standing in front of us.
I looked at ma and aunt they were preety exhausted. But I could feel a weird energy in the room.
“Long time no see! Sara and Teresa” pigtail aunty said with an unpleasant smile.”
“And who do we have here,” she ran to me in super speed! In a blink of eye she was standing before me.
I felt her grabbing my hand…but after that what happened made me even more surprised!

Episode3. Ma Is Back… But Wait! She-s…
“Trink..trink…trin..rk.”
“Comming….”
[Door opens]
“Well well… who do we have here…looks like my little sweet niece is back!”
“Hey aunt Linda whats up…. You are home early today… how was your day? Hectic huh!”
I walked inside and there was this sweet smell all over in the house. I wondered what it must be.
Ya God damn it was preety hectic….and that…” ” Dont tell me your jerk boss again tried to put you in some kind of trouble…just to watch you suffer.”
“How come your so good at guessing, do you have some kinda power or what… you know like seeing the past and stuffs like that.” She said it with a smile.” “Well you can say that…” I replied it with a grin.
“Ya your right the jerk specially gave me extra work to do today as I asked for a half day….. but luckily you have a savage aunt…I kinda left early!”
“Wait you did what…left without informing him! Aren’t you scared!!”…I said in a more agitated manner.
“Oh! Darling no worries with that my mate got my back… I know he can do it” she bluffed.
[Mean while somewhere far far away]
[Location: Ducci Group (Savage aunts office)]
“Where’s Lindaa?”
“Boss…sh..sh..s..”
“Stop! With the stuttering, with whose permission did she leave…tell me…cause I didnt!””
“Bos..s..it.was an emergency! “
(Both looked into each others eye…and the environment grew preety intense)
“What EMER..G.E.N.CY” jerk boss said in an irritating tone.
[Jerry growing more tense] He replied——–
“she…she…um..she got preg– I mean PROBLEM…a problem… her niece…she is hospitalised…due to an accident…and as you know she is the guardian of hers that’s why she needed to leave ASAP”
“But didn’t her neice went through an accident and got a leg broken last week, for which she took a leave?”
“Ummm….yaaa… but unfortunately she again slipped in the bathroom and broke her other leg”
The boss looked at Jerry with a confuse stare,”okay you may leave now,but let me know of her when she contacts you.”
Jerry turned with a sence of relieve and was about to leave when—–
“WAIT!”
“Yes….Mr Dan”
“Isn’t her niece’s name Ashley?”
“Ya,but how did you know?”
“Oh! So I was right, she’s a good girl. She studies at the same school with my son Roger! Poor Ashley! Broke a leg again, she even helped me once at P.T.M (Parents.Teacher. Meeting), hope she dosent falls in the influence of her lazy aunt…. Well what are you still doing here dont you have enough work or want me to give you more?”
“Ohh…nono…I was just about to leave Mr. Dan” Jerry replied in a polite manner. “Well it was you who told me to stay at the first place” he thought to himself with an irky mood.
[Jerry left the room]
“Phew! That was close” he exclaimed.
[Meanwhile]
[Location: Savage aunts house]
“Haaaaa….ch…uuuu…..”I sneezed. “Seems like someone’s takin about me” I wondered.
“So..when’s didi comin?”(Didi* is a term referred to an elder women in India or may be an elder female sibling)
“Well I dont really know the time but she said tomorrow”
“So….you hungry?of course you are,afterall you returned from school …its so dumb of me to ask you, such a thing..well lets order someting tasty today like pizza wait no,we still have yesterday’s leftovers we need to eat it first or it will rot. Then we are going to have something good for dinner today!!”
“Ash go and fresh up, untill then I will be preparing for lunch.” “God damn I’m really hungry today!”——-shd said while looking for somethjng inside the fridge.
“Well…aunt..um..the things is…”
“What is if Ash…spit it out”—–she said unnoticly.
“I am actually not that hungry you know”
“What hows that possible? You just returned from school…unless you had something already” she replied in an suspicious manner.
I knew I was dead already!
“Actually yes…I had some burger from Burger Queen with Kates on my way back home!”
“You did whattttt?” *…*
I knew it was comming.
“You little brat, had a whole freeki’n burger alone and didn’t even get your one an only the great SAVAGE hungry aunt something!” She screamed with a mild friendly rage.
“Stop running, c…ome he….re let me teach you… a nice…. little lesson”– she screamed again while panting.
“I’m sooooryyyy…. I didnt knew…you would be back so early!” I replied back while panting even more!
‘Ouch!’ There I and my aunt were siting on the floor, looking at eachother and burst out laughing.
I lost my balance and fell… while aunt fell in process of rescuing me up!
“Okay I spare you this once, but next time dont forget about your only very very cool Aunt! ;)” she said while helping me to up.
“Ya I dare not to!” 8)
“Trnk…trink…trink…trink..trink….tr…”— “wait comming. Who is it, in such a hurry?” aunt thought.
[She opened the door]
“DIDIIiii…?” She shouted.
I quickly ran to her and.————–
“Mommmmm…! What happened why are you bleeding so much, we need to go to the hospital ASAP!!”
“Linda we need to seal the house now….the demoes are following me….fast!” Said mother.
“But how did they track you?”
“Theres no time to talk they will find me in no time…hurry”
I had no idea what is going on, all I knew is that a moment ago I and my aunt were were laughing and now suddenly my ma is back half bleeding and thre is someone called DEMOS following her!!
Episode2. Meet Kate Parker
“Ring…ring…rin…,” the bell rang, and with the bell ringing I have officially survived the first class without any chaos or getting into any sorts of trouble.” Ash, hey Ash, Ashley Ashl……” the familiar voice grew louder and louder , I turned back but it was too late. The friendly smack had already been landed on my back. I shouted ‘Kates!’. “Stop doing this, how many times did I say you not to smack me uncertainly, uhhhh!”
“Well it was not uncertain this time girl, I called you so many times but you didn’t notice” she replied. I quickly observed that there was a sence of excitement on her face. “Guess what I’m goingtoflo…………..” she kept taking but it didn’t go through me, as she spoke so fast.
“Calm down kates”. She took a breath. She was literally panting, I mean what on earth happened that made her so excited! “Me…an..and..my.. family are going to Flo..rida tomorrow.…”. ‘Wow’ I replied. “But guess what’s the best part…. my pa has… invited you to come with us” she said with more excitement. ‘But’…”no buts! You are commin and both of us are gonna have lot of fun”. I tried to talk but she wouldn’t litsen.”Ring…ring…ri….” The bell rang for the second period.
“Meet you after the class Ash!” she said with a bright smile on her face. “Damn this bell, always ringing in wrong times,” I thought.
[Break time]
“Ash, over here” I looked around the cafeteria. “Oh! what took you so long. Its already past 5min”. “Nothing much….really..but thanks for saving a seat “. “No worries! after all we are besties” she said with a winky face 😉
Well I wish I could tell her that all this time I was planing how to say her no, but somewhere I didn’t wanted her to fell sad. But anyways I had to say it. “Hey… Kates?”. “Hmm.. what”,”actually. …t..he..thin..g”, “whats with the stuttering, come on tell me…wait dont tell me you did something wrong or wait something even worse did you get a new boyfriend…..or..no..maybe you…”she continued.
“I cant go. I’m sorry I should have said it earlier but I didn’t get a chance..and on the top of that you were sooo excited about it. I know we have been making plans about it for months…but moms gonna be back tomorrow so….”. It took a while but then she smiled and replied ” Its okay, girl.” I knew she was sad but still she had a smile on her face. Quite a while later she burst out shouting——-
“But litsen next summer vacations we are going to Florida together Oookayyy!….and nobody is gonna stop us then.” I was startled and replied ‘oh.. ya’. I couldn’t go with her, but it made me a little better atleast after seeing her in her ——— old always energetic self.
“So when’s Mrs. Dey commin….”. ‘Tom…’, “wait..didn’t you mentioned it earlier….when was it….. Oh! Ya is’nt it tomorrow” . ‘Yup’ I said. “You are also gonna leave tomorrow right, well be carefull and dont go around roaming without anyone like last time…. Remember it was such an embarrassment! :).”
“Hey it was not my fault okay.!!” She said in an irritating manner.
“But seriously be careful, after all you are travelling across the country”. ‘Ya..okay..okay…dont worry I will be cautious ;)’
“You better be or else, like last time….” “You better not utter a word about it Ash”.
I started laughing while she was a bit pissed off.
“At the end of the day…. all it matters that both of us were happy, no matter how sad we were through out the day, but we will be returning home with a smile in our faces.” I told myself.
School ended at last, and my watch was ticking at two in the afternoon. It was quite an unusual day. School somehow seemed peaceful today, except the 3rd period when Roger was bothering me! What’s even his problem….such an annoying brat!
“So…when are you guys leaving tomorrow?”
“Unmm…well pa said early morning…but I’m not kinda sure…..what about you, when’s aunt Dey commin back?”
“Well I dont really know the time but….ma said she would be comming tomorrow…..”
We stoped walking cause my destination was right in front of me, while Kete’s was a few stoppage after.
“Well so we are gonna separate paths here” she said. I was going to reply but she surprised me with a sudden hug. I got it,it was because me not going with her this year, afterall every year in any holiday, we used to spend together———–atleast as far as I could REMEMBER.
“Dont worry its just for a month, and after that we will again be together! So enjoy Florida and dont forget to send me updates okay.” I replied shouting on the top of my throat, she smiled. “Okay…..and stay healthy dont go on some stupid diet to loose weight, you are perfect as you are now so no need to change, but you can always change that weird attitude of yours.” she shouted from the edge of the street, as I stood there and watched Kate waving her hands towards me, untill her presence was no longer be observed.

Big Girl {Chapter1}
[Episode1]
By the time I looked outside the window the rain had already stopped and it was almost time for the last bell to ring. The clock was ticking at 3 of the afternoon, when suddenly everyone picked there packed bags and left out from the classroom. It was quite an exuasting day for me as I had to suffer a 3 hours detention at school for being late…. [seriously who gives a 3 hour detention after school for being late…that Mr.Fedrik only wants a chance to see me getting into trouble ] ummm…so where was I….oh! yes the exausting day …. As soon as the bell rang and everyone left I slowly took my own time and left the room.
Today my history assingment was at last compleated. Oh God! it took me almost a week to compleat it! A while latter i left school and was about to take a walk to reach home when suddenly, a hand came flying from my back and pushed me…and there I go..landed in a muddy water clot. I looked back and realised it was that same old face, the one which was always ready to trouble others and make there day even worse. It was Roger Lee….commonly know as the bully. The moment he pushed me the first thing which came to my mind was not my half-bleeding knee instead it was the faces of all those people who looked at me with an uncomfortable smile while others were just passing by…
For a while I tried to hold it but couldn’t. I burst out in tears, not because I got hurt nor it was because it was embarrassing, its just that……all those smiles and there whispers, always hurted somewhere deep inside of me.
I looked up at the clock and it is already ticking at 1 of the morning. So i closed my diary as I need to go for bed because tomorrow, it’s school again!
Oh!! Sorry I really forgot to introduce myself to you…. I am Ashely Dey, a normal highschool going student who lives at the states, preety much with no talent…by the way I am also known as the “Big girl” you know the one who is refered as the ugly, fat and good for nothing…yes its me, and this is’nt a story about me its the story about a ‘big girl.’
